Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations

You may cancel free of charge any time before the phlebotomist is dispatched.
Cancellations after dispatch may incur a visit fee of [₹AMOUNT].

2. Refunds

Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
If a sample cannot be collected or processed for reasons attributable to Nirog or the lab, you receive a full refund or a free re-collection, at your choice.
Once a sample has been collected and processing has begun, the test fee is generally non-refundable.

3. Rescheduling

You can reschedule a slot at no cost up to [X hours] before the appointment, subject to availability.
