Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Nirog website and home blood-sample collection services operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] ("Nirog"). By booking a test you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Nirog facilitates booking of diagnostic tests and home collection of samples in Mumbai, which are processed by NABL-accredited partner laboratories. Nirog is a facilitator and does not itself render a medical diagnosis or treatment.

2. Bookings & eligibility

• You must be 18+ to book; bookings for minors must be made by a parent/guardian.
• You agree to provide accurate details and to follow pre-test instructions (e.g., fasting).
• Slots are subject to availability and serviceability of your pincode.

3. Pricing & payment

Prices are shown in INR and may change. Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Pay-on-collection orders must be settled at the time of collection.

4. Reports

Reports are made available digitally after lab processing. Turnaround times are estimates and may vary by test.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the platform, attempt to breach its security, scrape data, or use it for unlawful purposes.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nirog's liability for any claim arising from the services is limited to the amount paid for the relevant booking. Nirog is not liable for clinical interpretation of results, which should be done by a registered medical practitioner.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
